Does Lume Deoodrant stain clothing?
No. Lume’s cream and solid deodorants do not leave stains on clothing and will wash out easily with normal laundering. Our deodorant is aluminum free, which means the pits of your favorite white shirts won’t yellow over time.
Is Lume Deodorant edible?
While Lume is non-toxic, it is not considered edible and has an acidic taste. We recommend applying a trace amount to clean, dry skin a few times a week rather than immediately before intimacy. No need to wash off prior to intercourse or oral sex.
Are Lume products safe to use during pregnancy & while breastfeeding?

Does Lume Deodorant require a pit detox?

I love this deodorant! My journey with finding a more natural deodorant hasn't been easy. I think I've tried a dozen different ones and each of them had their own issues until Lume. I love the smell! It keeps me dry and smelling fresh all day. I also love that it's not just for your armpits but wherever you need it. A must have. I can't wait to try some of the other scents.
I am a farmer and work outside most of the year. I like to know that if I had to run to town to get something really quick, I don't have to take a shower to make sure I am not offending the other shoppers. This stuff works like advertised and I just love feeling a lot fresher after a long day on the tractor or the mower. It doesn't seem to attract bugs like some of the stuff I have used in the past, so that is a big plus in my book. Some people may say that it is expensive, but I say if you are still fresh after a long day, it's worth it.
Lume Whole Body Deodorant is great! You really can use it in all the places they tell you to use it. I live in Texas. It is very hot and humid here in the late spring and summer. I use this product daily. I never have to worry anymore about unpleasant odors from my pits, underboobs, bottom cheeks, or my private areas. That's amazing in 98 -102 degree heat with 90 percent humidity! Thank you Lume so much for this product. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it!
The Fresh Alpine scent is really nice. I wish there was a citrus scent like CK One. I live in the piney woods of Deep East Texas and the Fresh Alpine scent is in harmony with my surroundings. I'll update the review on longevity, although I am skeptical of 72 hours. But what kind of Sasquatch needs three-day protection? This is somewhat expensive and a smaller container than the average deodorant. (3.2oz vs 3.6oz). So far I like it and wouldn't expect my ratings or opinions to change. You CAN feel it on your skin, but it is just a "moisturized" feeling.I bought a two-pack without knowing the product. Glad the initial feelings are positive. Cost is NOT a positive, but isn't a major drawback. Pricing is about 300% of the average deodorant, which could serve the same use. I predict that the price will slowly move to sub $10 over time.With scent, longevity, and price averaged in, it is a solid 4 star product. I would highly recommend at $8.96.
Absolutely make odor disappear. After menopause I noticed more underarm odor. I tried a few other deodorants (men's and women's), nothing worked. Until I tried Lume.One thing needs to be redesigned… the rim around the tub is very sharp and hurts when applied underarms. Scraps. Have to push deodorant very far out to tub to not get scrapped.Also, is there an odor and dry combo available? I find I'm still sweating but no odor.Over all better than most deodorants on the market.
I swore I would never even consider this product because the advertising really turned me off. When it seemed like my deodorant wasn't working as well as it used to, someone recommended this product. I read a lot of positive reviews so I gave it a try. I purchased the Toasted Coconut scent. The deodorant really does work. Some of the natural deodorants I've tried in the past irritated my skin but this doesn't.
I love this deodorant, especially this scent. I love the two solid that I can subscribe to delivery to arrive just when I need it and never have to run out or even think about needing to buy deodorant again!
Love it!!! I've had issues in the past with deodorant not holding, but this one here is amazing! It really works!!! I wish I would have known about it sooner! It's all I use now!
Reality for some is to be busy working (medical) 24 hrs straight. 1/2 way through a shift I use these wipes in key areas, change my shirt (optional) and can then confidently work in close proximities. The deodorant works great for 48hrs, so-so the next 24 hours after that. I'd call it a 48hr product, not 72 hr. I have a good nose and can reliably detect a few medical illnesses by sense of smell, where the great majority of my colleagues can't. So the reviewers who complain vociferously about it having an obnoxious odor especially after first applying, must be a small minority VERY high sensitivity to odors.
I've tried a few aluminum free deodorant and this is by far the best. I sweat a lot and this actually worked. There was one day that it didn't hold up that great when I was sweating all day. I think if I reapplied in the middle of the day it would have worked until the end of the day. It smells great.I was traveling and doing a lot of walking and couldn't find any anti chafing stick and used this around my thighs and worked great as a make shift anti chafing stick
This is the best product ever. I'm one who has to change deodorant weekly, since I've been using lume, no odor, perspiration and I haven't had to change since I stated using it 4months ago. If your having problems with you deodorant. This one will be the last one you buy.
Body deodorant works as advertised has a fresh scent, and doesn't irritate my skin. Sometimes I'm bedridden and this product keeps me fresh for about the advertised 72 hours. I will repurchase it!
