If the purchased UMIDIGI A13S unlocked cell phone cannot use network data, please follow the steps below: you can adjust the APN setting manually first.
Step1: GET THE APN PARAMETERS
Solution 1. you can search "your phone carrier + APN" on google/or call the carriers to check the APN parameters.
Solution 2. you can also insert your SIM card into another phone(that can access Internet normally) to get the APN parameters. You can check in phone: Settings - Network & Internet - Mobile network - Access Point Names (APN) -Click the mobile card -Copy all the APN parameter
Step2: ADD APN PARAMETERS into A13S
Plug in the SIM card to A13S - Settings - Network & Internet - Mobile network - Access Point Names (APN) - Click Plus on the upper right corner - Add the correct APN parameters.

This phone worked for an international trip to Ecuador and Galápagos Islands. When we landed at the airport, SIM cards were purchased and immediately was able to use this phone. I am an iPhone user but was able to figure out how to use the android interface pretty quickly. I made sure to download all updates to the operating system of the phone and the apps(google translate, Whats App, etc) that I would need using Wi-Fi.The picture/video quality seemed good but in my opinion iPhone 14 seems to take a better picture/video.Not sure if this is normal but when turning on the phone took a long time to get to the main screen. Once it's on though it operated fairly quick and smooth.I would recommended this to a friend.
Shipped quickly and came in original packaging with case, screen protector, charger and manual. Seller was attentive, sending product information for start up and phone is easy to use. If you need a cheap phone that will do the job as well as your current android but won't be heartbroken if you lose it, this is your product. The phone is completely customizable, from home screen, to navigation bar, screen gestures, apps, and quick search. Camera quality is great, including different picture modes. Battery is long lasting, set up is simple and the phone itself feels sturdy and well made. Screen sensitivity is very good and there is no touch delay or glitching. I haven't had it long, so I can't say much on long term wear and tear, but overall I'll still give this 5 stars until something goes wrong.
Ive had this phone for a week,and i can say,for the price is a very good phone,excellent battery life,good reception(i have tmobile and is very good in myarea) i havent had the chance to try with 2 sim cards but i tried both sim card slot and work fine. ONLY thing i didnt like about this phone is that does not have a fingerprint scanner,but hey iphone devices dont have it neither and well still are extremely expensive phones. probably is me that im not used to the face unlock method. i really recommend this phone is you are looking for a budget phone.PD i loved the smart key feature,you cand set 3 apps or feature with that key...really nice
I've used a large number of inexpensive android phones over the last few years, and this one entirely meets my expectations for a phone that costs less than 150$.The notable features of this phone include a very bright screen, a case that makes the power button difficult to accidentally press by mistake in your pocket, a chipset that is powerful enough provide a relatively smooth experience in most apps, a pre applied plastic screen protector, a lightweight but still relatively high build quality, and entirely stock android 11.The things that disappoint me the most are the battery life and the camera quality.Overall it's a solid choice for a phone if your not looking for top of the line performance and quality.
I was in the market for a new phone and decided to give this one a chance and so I've been using the phone for about a week. And it's pretty good. The battery life is pretty decent, there's a lot of customization to make this phone a daily driver like being able to swap the back button and recent button and other stuff like that. I wish there were more accessories for this phone like temper glass or different phone cases. Other than that, it's a pretty good phone. It has a lot of potential.
